Math: a hint before an answer

Drawing: ask, listen, and let them explain
Ask why they chose a detail. Their own explanation matters more than how polished the picture looks.

Can I print the packets myself?
Yes. Choose Print at home for $29.90 per child for the four-week starter. You receive two personalized packets as printable PDFs, with a parent guide each time. We agree on the delivery dates and feedback deadline before payment; the four weeks begin when you receive your first packet. You provide the paper and ink. We'll prepare them for standard U.S. Letter paper and black-and-white printing.
Choose Printed & mailed for $49.90 per child if you prefer us to handle printing and delivery, with U.S. shipping included. Both options include the same personalization, parent guides, and review of the work you share. Your feedback on the first packet helps shape the second.
Does my child need a device?
Your child works on paper with either option. You use a phone or computer to share initial details and photograph completed pages. The home-print option also requires access to a printer; the mailed option arrives ready to use.
Do I need a report card or a detailed family history?
No. Start with your child's grade, interests, and something you'd like to work on. You can add school feedback and family details later. Everyday traditions count, and you can skip any family question.
Does this replace school or add more homework?
This is playful academic enrichment that works alongside school. It helps children practice skills, explore strengths, and fill gaps through personal projects and activities. It does not replace school or complete assigned homework. The aim is something meaningful to choose when they are bored—not another stack of school assignments.
How are the materials personalized?
We start with state grade-level standards, school materials you share, recent report cards, teacher notes, and samples of your child's work. Your priorities and family knowledge shape the themes. We prepare and review each packet. AI may help draft generic activities and check answers; this intake does not send your family information or files to an AI service. We will explain any proposed additional processing and seek your permission first.
Between packets, we review the work and feedback you share in detail: answers, reasoning, drawings, what your child completed, where they needed help and how they felt about the activities. We adjust the challenge, themes, format, length, pace and parent guidance to support engagement, completion and learning. If something is unclear, we ask you rather than guess.
Which curriculum or standards do you use?
The U.S. has no single federal school curriculum. We use the published academic standards for your child's state and grade, including Common Core where adopted, together with the curriculum and teacher guidance you share from school. Standards give us a baseline; your child's actual work helps us choose the next useful challenge.
What if we don't finish a packet?
Share a partial attempt and tell us what got in the way. We take every response as useful feedback, including mistakes, drawings, or “I didn't like this.” We'll adjust the activity length, challenge, or approach, with enjoyment as a design goal. We agree on a feedback deadline before each new packet is prepared so there is time to adapt it.
How do you look after our family's information?
You can start small. School documents, family stories and even your child's name are optional. We use what you choose to share to discuss your starter and prepare the learning plan you agree on.
Your answers and uploads are stored privately in the U.S. through Amazon Web Services. We don't sell them, use them to target ads or send them to generative AI tools through this form.
Intake details and files are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. You can ask us to correct or delete them sooner at hello@toneeto.com.

Who we are and why we ask
FL — Toneeto Family Learning is operated by Toneeto, PBC. This form is for parents and guardians aged 18 or over; children do not submit information themselves. We review your request, contact you about the starter and discuss a learning plan with you. Details you choose to share can help prepare agreed activities and adapt the next packet.
What you share is up to you
To begin, we ask for your first name, email, your child's grade and what you'd like help with. Delivery preferences, your child's name or nickname, interests, school state, teacher feedback, documents, family stories, languages, goals and weekly routine are optional. You can also tell us what to leave out. Use a nickname if you prefer, and leave out full names, school identifiers, addresses and other children's information from documents.
Each “Save and continue” saves that step, even if you finish later. Closing or refreshing the page ends browser editing; it does not erase saved information. This form does not enroll you in marketing, take payment or start a subscription.
Who can access it
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host the live site and store form answers and documents privately, with encryption, in the U.S. Documents are separate from public website images. AWS automatically checks uploads for harmful files before we can review them; files that have not passed those checks remain unavailable. Access for review requires an authorized account. The form does not email your files.
Payments after we agree
Payment comes later, after we agree on fit, goals, delivery format and dates. We use Stripe's hosted checkout for a one-time payment. Stripe receives an order reference, the selected format and price, and the payment and billing information you enter there. A mailing address is requested only for mailed packets. We do not send your intake answers, schoolwork or family stories to Stripe. Card details stay with Stripe; this website does not store them. Stripe's privacy policy explains its processing.
Advertising and AI
We do not sell your form answers or uploads or share them for targeted advertising. This form does not send them to generative AI services. AI may help draft generic learning activities without your family's information. We will explain any proposed new use of your information and ask for permission before it happens.
We count page views and saved requests to understand whether visits come from ChatGPT ads or directly to FL. These totals do not identify unique visitors, and the counts exclude parent emails, child details, schoolwork and family stories. We use no advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts or tracking cookies. We do not track browsing across other websites.
AWS processes network information to deliver and protect the site. Our temporary abuse controls use a changing coded value instead of storing your IP address. Security logs contain no form answers or document contents and expire after 14 days.
How long we keep it
Intake records and uploaded files are scheduled for deletion 90 days after your first request. Access ends at day 90; daily cleanup normally removes the information within the next 24 hours. AWS also provides a separate storage-cleanup safeguard. We delete any temporary review copies after use.
Payment records are separate from learning records. Stripe retains transaction and billing records under its own policies. Before requesting payment, we explain our financial-record retention and the agreed cancellation and refund terms. Deleting your intake does not automatically erase payment records needed for accounting or resolve a refund request.
Questions, corrections or deletion
Email hello@toneeto.com from the address you used to apply to ask a question, correct information, withdraw document permission or request earlier deletion. We verify the request to protect your family, then make the change or remove the intake record, uploaded files and any review copies. Optional questions and uploads can always be skipped.
If these practices change, we will update this notice and its date. We will explain a proposed new use and ask for permission before using your saved information that way.
